February! It’s Six Nations time! So we thought a bold menu would do the trick! This canapé has the sharpness of the goat cheese in white wine, the sweetness of oxheart tomato and the richness of cocktail sauce. The result is a wonderful creaminess you wouldn’t want to miss!

Six nations SANDWICH

  • INGREDIENTS: Pear petals, fontina cheese, brie, goat cheese with white wine, rocket salad, cocktail sauce, lemon, pepper

In Italy we have a saying: “Don’t let the farmer know how good the cheese with pears is”. This sandwich combines the sweetness of pears with three different cheeses! Let it melt in your mouth, you won’t regret it

Crispy bitterness, strong character and straightforwardness. Lively fruit aromas of grapefruit and citrus combine with the IPA characteristic bitterness and culminate in a pleasant dry finish. The opulence of the cheeses is perfectly counterbalanced by the bitterness and alcohol content of this beer. The same goes for the sweetness of the pears which create a wonderful harmony with the aromas of the hops
